Alpha Drive began as QA infrastructure for autonomous vehicles. Intelligence has escaped the lab: people and organizations can now deploy agents continuously, across systems no single actor controls. The experiment tests whether Alpha Drive's enduring value is not control, but foresight—the ability to examine possible consequences before commitments become difficult to reverse.

  • The process changes a consequential decision, not only its presentation.
  • It reveals a material risk, opportunity, or alternative earlier than normal practice would.
  • Its reasoning can be inspected and challenged by someone outside the system.
  • The resulting action creates measurable value without breaching the declared floors.
  • Do not optimize attention at the expense of truth.
  • Do not publish private, unsafe, or unverified claims.
  • Do not hide null results, contradictions, or meaningful changes of mind.
  • Preserve human authority over irreversible decisions.
  • Which decisions benefit most from future modeling?
